- Establish all technical project requirements and maintain effective professional relationships with all clients.
- Ability to recognize ineffective customer service interaction, identify gaps in quality of services and drive initiatives to improve service quality.
- Willing to travel for a project in India/ Abroad.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred spoken language skills – English and Hindi.
- Retail domain knowledge and basic database knowledge would be a plus.
